Solace

She is a loner

Hundred of secrets hidden in her

The smile she gives

Is just a coverup for her pain

The twinkle in her eyes

Is only to assure you she is fine

The happiness radiating from her face

Hides the fact that she cries to sleep every night

She is shy and hates to mingle

But truth is that she is scared to be alone

Her heart is precious to her

Even though it is in stitches

She fears that if she let anyone in

They might leave her broken, again

She is afraid to face the reality of the world

It may hit her hard and leave her nowhere

She could not bear that again

So now she finds solace in isolation
